Refund & Return Policy

At The EZone Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. According to our official policies registered with Google, here are our return terms:

1. Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Condition of Items We only accept returns for items in New condition. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

3. Reasons for Return We accept returns for:

  • Defective products (damaged or incorrect items).

  • Customer remorse (if you simply changed your mind or the product is not what you expected).

4. Return Process & Fees

  • Method: All returns must be made by mail.

  • Return Label: We provide a return label that you can download and print.

  • Return Shipping Cost: There is No Cost for return shipping (Free Returns).

  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees.

5. Exchanges Please note that we currently do not accept exchanges. If you need a different item, you must return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The refund processing time is 10 days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
